HUMAN MANAGEMENT IN COLOMBIA

    In Colombia, organizations use strategies focused on staff, the level of competitiveness and quality. But Do you think these strategies are sufficient for a business, achieve success and recognition in the workplace?

  2. Hello Caro, They are not sufficient, actually these are some of the many strategies at the level of competitiveness and quality, as in the labor market are needed too invoadoras strategies to meet the objectives and goals of the company comotambién benefits workers.
